PPA Masterbatch

PPA masterbatch (rheological masterbatch, leveling masterbatch) is a kind of modified organic fluorine plastic processing function masterbatch. The product takes LLDPE as the carrier resin (without any other filling impurities), adding high concentration fluoropolymer to blend granulation with special process. PPA masterbatch is easy to add, easy to use, with very low addition amount can effectively improve the processing performance of polyolefin resin, effectively reduce surface defects, improve product quality and increase productivity. Widely used in blowing film, blowing, extrusion, extrusion and other process products, such as film, casting film, pipe, wire, plate, monofilament, fiber and so on.

Note

1. The production equipment must be thoroughly cleaned before the initial use.
2. After startup, run the base material containing 5% PPA masterbatch for 30 minutes, and then adjust it to normal concentration (0.5-2%) for production.
3. If the production equipment of this type of masterbatch is continuously used for a long time, it can be directly turned on and adjusted to normal concentration for production.

Function details

1. Effectively reduce surface defects, eliminate the water ripple (commonly known as: snake skin, shark skin) caused by the shear stress of medium and high speed PE melt flowing through the steel surface of the equipment on the surface of the film surface and wrinkle produced by the pipe surface.
2. Without changing the original process of the equipment, the production capacity can be automatically increased by 5%-10%. Without increasing the power consumption of the main engine but increasing the speed of the screw, the production capacity can be further increased to 10%-30%.
3. Effectively reduce the die head temperature of 10℃-15℃, so as to improve the melt stability of all kinds of high performance PE raw materials processed by ordinary equipment, ensure stable production and reduce abnormal loss.
4. Improve the plasticizing efficiency of extruder screw, so as to improve the transparency, surface brightness and smoothness of products, to ensure the thickness uniformity and thickness stability of products, to ensure product quality.
5. Greatly reduce the crystal points produced in the process of blowing film or extrusion processing, so as to reduce the white points caused by crystal points on the product surface.
6. Reduce or eliminate die head precipitates, eliminate the longitudinal drag marks caused by the accumulation of die head or equipment transmission parts on the material surface.
7.
